FIRE 1

FIRE 1 is a flame retardant compound based on Antimony Trioxide, Sb2O3 and Zinc Hydroxy Stannate, (ZHS - ZnSn (OH)6 ) in a support, developed by CESBRA, which presents anti-flame properties similar to pure Antimony Trioxide, and regarding performance per cost, is highly attractive to the market.

This compound is completely compatible to the formulations of vinyl plastics, which is easy to incorporate into the polymer. Its synergistical formula generates an efficient and safe fire ceasing system. It can also be used as a flame retardant additive combined with another halogen source, for polyolefin polymers formulations, such as PE, PP, etc

FIRE 4

FIRE 4 is a non-toxic flame retardant compound, developed by Cesbra and based on Zinc Hydroxy Stannate (ZHS). CESBRA FIRE 4 has identical anti-flame properties to that pure Antimony oxide and a highly attractive Performance per Cost relationship.

This new Cesbra product is prepared to be a solution for the market necessities related to "Green" polymeric compound developments (100% non toxic polymeric compounds).

CESBRA FIRE 4 is completely compatible with vynilic plastics, being easily incorporated to the polymer. It can also be used as a flame retardant additive combined with another halogen source, for polyolefin polymers formulations such as PE, PP, etc.

MBTCl

Monobutyltin Trichloride is an organic derived from Tin, being a clear density liquid, with a yellowish to amber color, manufactured under rigorous quality control.

It's used as a coating for glass bottles, having some advantages when compared to Tin Tetrachloride:It's a stable liquid in contact with the air, possessing low pressure of steam. It's practically stable to high-pressure environment, and possessing less contents of Chloride generates less corrosion on equipments and installations.

Stabtin 14 is a non -toxic tin based thermal stabilizer for specific use in PCV compounds. It is a transparent liquid, slightly yellowish product with a characteristic odor. Its main consumer areas are in the production of rigid packing material (bottles, pots, etc) for food and cosmetics conditioning because of the need to use non-toxic materials, and in the manufacture of contours and blisters.

Stabtin 17 is tin-based thermal stabilizer for specific use in PVC compounds. It is a transparent liquid, slightly yellowish product with a characteristic odor. Not indicated for food grade applications. Adequate for any rigid, semi-rigid or plastyfied crytal type material, could be used with other additives such as impact modifiers, fluxes auxilliaries and others that can contribute for the process of the PVC compound. Has a good thermal stability and gives transparency to the final product. Is indicated, according to the process conditions, to be added in 1.5-2.5 pcr, but its optimization must be developed for each process.  

DBTDL is an organotin product mainly used as a catalyst in the production of polyurethane foams, used as insulation in the building industry (roofs and walls) and for tank and tube insulation. It is also used as a catalyst in the vulcanizing cure of silicones at room temperatures. This silicone rubber is also used for artistic moulds, dental prosthesis, encapsulating of electronic equipment and nonadhesive paper coatings.

DOTO (DIOCTYLTIN OXIDE)

Used as intermediate compound in chemical and pharmaceutical industries, intermediate for PVC stabilizers production, catalyst for various types of polyurethane and Esterification reactions.
